Welcome to the brand NEW ChemWest.org! "Where can I contribute more to ChemWest?" Or "I have a great idea or something coming up that I need to share!" Well here it is. This is a new way to easily share information, demos, labs ideas to everyone! YOU control what is here! Registered users can add/delete/modify anything on this website. This is supposed to be a teacher collaboration group, and what would be better than a wiki! If you are not familiar with Wiki's, this site can be similar to
Wikipedia.com where users control the content. So add away! So lets have fun and collaborate! To the left are links to a few of my suggestions which you can see on the left:

If you have any questions or comments, join and make them in the discussion forum or you can email Karl Craddock from Fremd High School at kcraddock@d211.org , chemwest@hotmail.com , or Janelle Hollingshead from Lane Tech High School at jlarendt@cps.edu

Student applications are now available for the 2012 summer internships in the ACS Project SEED program. ACS Project SEED offers summer internships to economically disadvantaged students so they can experience what it's like to be a chemist. Students entering their junior or senior year in high school in Fall 2012 work with scientist-mentors on research projects in industrial, academic, and federal laboratories. Summer interns can subsequently apply for Project SEED College Scholarships. http://www.acs.org/projectseed. Contact Tracey Braun, Chicago Project SEED coordinator for additional information. Application is attached below with details on how students can apply and deadline is April 12th, 2012. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Just so you know, if you are getting too many emails from this wetpaint site, you can change your preferences on what you get emails for. It is up in "My Profile" and then email notifications.
