Where would you like to see future meetings? We have had meetings in the city, burbs, Fermi, DuPage County Recycling Center (When it existed). Is there a special location you would like to go to? A winery to see (and taste) the fermentation process? What are your ideas?

Brewery would be nice. It would be good if there was someone with a science background...... I guess Goose Island would be the biggest in Chicago, right?
